KNEC Services Construction is an ever-growing, friendly, professional team with an extremely knowledgeable workforce capable of undertaking construction projects of any size.

We undertake all projects from major works to some of the largest retailers and shopping centres across the UK, covering all aspects including roofing, civils, and structural alterations.

We have our own in-house ground workers and builders, as well as a vast and experienced network of vetted and competent sub-contractors, fit to cover all aspects of the building trade.

  • Here we modified a concrete slab to accommodate a new MOT class 7 ramp.

  • Major structural alterations to a dilapidated building shell; combining 5 units into 1 for a major retailer. We worked along side the architects and structural engineers to get this challenging project complete.

  • Mezzanine installs of all shapes and sizes undertaken. We can lead you step by step to meet all requirements.
