KNEC Services Shopfitters is where it all began. Starting out as a retail fit-out company, we have branched out over the years to fulfil our client’s needs and expectations. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop along with help from other areas of the company to complete any form of retail requirements.

We work very closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the standard of work they expect. We start by attending scoping meetings, to get a good understanding of what is required on site. We then start collating all information for quotes, and to get the CDM File ready, which includes Site Posters, Traffic Management Plans, and Fire Escape Plans. We then return to site for a pre-start meeting, to ensure there is nothing we have missed.

On the first day of the job, our Contracts Managers and Health & Safety Manager attend site to ensure it is running safely. We regularly speak to our employees onsite to check that everything is going as planned, and that we are adhering to the Programme of Works.

We complete all aspects of work ranging from demolition and strip out works, full decoration to the interior and exterior of the building, new flooring throughout, new insulation works, new skirting and doors, new plumbing and drainage, and full fit outs of kitchen showrooms.
