We completed a full fit-out, including a complete installation of offices, staff amenities, and toilets. We also undertook all mechanical and electrical services. We are proud to hand over a complete project, on time, with all works undertaken in-house.

Within the Electrical Department; This project included lighting, power, data & fire alarm.  We installed a new containment system within the warehouse which included steel ladder rack, steel cable tray & steel basket tray.  This was suspended from high level using Unistrut & threaded rod, fixed to the perlins.  We designed & installed a new fire alarm aspiration system within the warehouse area & amended the existing fire alarm within the office areas to suit the new layout drawings.  We designed & installed new LED lighting & emergency lighting to the warehouse areas, which was fed using a busbar system at high level.  We installed a new 250A supply within the warehouse area for the new forklift charging station.  We installed all small power within the warehouse areas which included a new office hub, racking benches, comms cabinets, security panels & workshop stations.  We installed new floor boxes within the office areas via the raised access floor, which had power & data.  We installed all new Cat6 LSF data cabling throughout to floor boxes, PC’s, TV’s, WIFI access points & installed fibre optic cabling between remote comms cabinets.
